We have successfully designed induction heating systems that are based on latest technology in accordance with modern environment and afford substantial power over the conventional machines. They are very light in weight and are just the size of computer CPU. These machines are totally safe, easy to operate and 24 hour continuous working is possible.
These machines are quite suitable for the hardening of tie-rod ends, ball joints, shafts, beds of machine tools, gears, teeth hardening of gears, sprockets, harvester blades, hand tools etc. It is also useful for brazing of tool bits, pressure pipes, banzo and soldering of radiator pipe and other electronic circuit boards.
